Contexto

Nos unimos al proyecto de rebranding para diseñar el sistema de branding digital de la compañía. Diseñamos un sistema transversal y flexible, cuyos principios y directrices se adaptaron a otras marcas de la compañía. Al inicio del proyecto, definimos los Fundamentos de la Marca Digital y su arquitectura para establecer los principios digitales básicos de la marca y  las recomendaciones para su aplicación. Además, desarrollamos un sistema de diseño para darle coherencia a la marca y facilitar el desarrollo digital a los distintos grupos de interés de la empresa. También creamos un Brand Center digital para facilitar la implantación de la marca en los distintos equipos de más de 25 países.

Our Approach
1. Strategic Planning & Conceptualization.

We initiated the project with in-depth stakeholder interviews and audits of existing brand materials. This informed the development of a comprehensive strategy that prioritized user roles, access hierarchies, and content categorization.

2. User Experience & Interface Design.

The platform's design focused on intuitive navigation, ensuring users could effortlessly locate and utilize resources pertinent to their roles. Responsive design principles were employed to guarantee accessibility across devices.

3. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Implementing RBAC ensured that internal teams and external partners accessed only the materials relevant to them, enhancing security and reducing information overload.

4. Integration with Existing Systems.

The Brand Center was seamlessly integrated with JCH's existing Single Sign-On (SSO) systems, facilitating easy access while maintaining stringent security protocols.

5. Digital Brand Governance.

Beyond technology, we led the definition of JCH’s digital branding. We translated high-level brand principles into concrete, usable formats — creating templates, components, visual examples and content standards that ensured consistency without limiting creativity.

Impact
The implementation of the JCH Brand Center marked a significant turning point in how the company manages, communicates, and protects its brand identity on a global scale.

Internally, marketing and product teams experienced a clear reduction in time spent searching for or requesting assets. With all brand materials consolidated, validated, and categorized by user role, employees gained autonomy and confidence in the tools at their disposal. This not only accelerated day-to-day operations but also reduced dependency on brand managers and design teams for minor requests — freeing up valuable resources and reinforcing a culture of brand ownership across the organization.

Externally, agencies and partners onboarded more easily and aligned faster with JCH’s visual and strategic language. Standardized templates, pre-approved messaging, and curated resources enabled them to deliver campaigns and materials that reflected the company’s identity accurately — regardless of geography or market. The platform eliminated common inconsistencies and ensured that every expression of the brand, from recruitment banners to investor presentations, spoke with one voice.

A Platform that Shapes Culture
Beyond operational efficiency, the Brand Center became a strategic asset. It formalized the company's branding practices and helped embed them into daily workflows, acting as both a reference hub and a learning tool. For new hires, it served as a fast-track onboarding environment into the brand; for leadership, it offered reassurance that the company’s image was being maintained globally with rigor and clarity.

Most importantly, the platform became a cultural anchor. It reinforced JCH’s commitment to coherence, transparency, and excellence — transforming branding from a set of rules into a shared responsibility and a source of pride.
