Overview

How can Iberia Cards improve customer satisfaction and boost app ratings to enhance brand image among consumers?

 

Iberia Cards is the issuer of credit cards linked to Iberia's loyalty program, Iberia Plus. They offer a comprehensive range of credit cards to cater to the needs of all customer segments, including families, small and medium-sized businesses, large corporations, and private institutions. These credit cards are marketed by Banco Santander and Iberia, giving Iberia Cards wide coverage and a growing customer base.

 

Iberia Cards reached out to us with an exciting challenge: a complete redesign of their mobile app. They were looking to improve the overall user experience, boost user ratings of the app, and give their brand a fresh, new look through improved branding within the application.

How was it carried out?
To delve deeper into the business, company, product, and user, we conducted workshops with stakeholders and in-depth interviews with real users. These activities provided valuable insights into the needs, expectations, and pain points of our target audience, allowing us to tailor the products and services of Iberia Cards to better meet their needs. By engaging directly with the users and key stakeholders of Iberia Cards, we gathered firsthand feedback and gained a more comprehensive understanding of the market and the competitive landscape, which informed the business and product strategies of Iberia Cards moving forward.
Aligning user expectations and business needs
To achieve success, it is essential to define a product that meets both user expectations and business needs. To accomplish this, we conduct thorough user research and analyze market trends, identifying key features and functionalities that our target audience prioritizes. As a result of these efforts, we believe that the product was able to meet these objectives.
